We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. The MRC's procedures assure prompt and fair resolution of discrimination complaints alleging violations. Alleged violations will be responsible for demonstrating a preponderance of evidence. Initial grievance  form submission will receive notice of receipt within 7 business days. Following submission of a grievance form all complaints will be investigated by the MRC Civil Rights Coordinator and the MRC executive committee and a resolution will be made within 180 days.

To comply with EPA nondiscrimination regulation provision 40 CFR 7.85(a)(2), the MRC will collect and maintain racial/ethnic, national origin, age, sex, and disability data of the population it serves. This will help us better serve our state. MRC data is maintained regularly by staff, and will continue to be updated through the course of normal business.
